
Chicken Salad with Syrian Chick Peas
Start with lettuce, grilled chicken and any other fresh vegetables you like to add to your salad and then add a little magic!
Ingredients
1 can of chick peas (I use Bush’s)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp parsley
Half an onion, chopped
Olive Oil (enough to cut the lemon)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a big bowl together, and let marinate overnight. Use in salads, in pitas or as a side dish!
